RE: Update to the Full-Time Employee Handbook
Below is a summary of the updates made to the Full-Time Employee Handbook. We have established direct links from this summary to the sections in the handbook to provide you easy access to the updates. Please be sure to review the updates carefully so you are fully aware of the changes in policy. If you have any questions, please contact your local Human Resources Office.
Time Off
Holidays
    Special Holidays   Policy now provides for pay out of unused accrued special holiday hours upon termination. Pro-rated hours not calculated to a full or quarter hour will now round to the next full hour (administrative) or quarter hour (hourly) to allow for full use of accrued time and accurate reporting.
Other Benefits
Educational Support   Policy has been amended to provide for employee, spouse, and dependent fee remissions for ALL courses offered by Vincennes University on Community College campuses.
