Added 100% coverage for in-network preventative services to Standard and Select plans.

Changed Standard and Select Plans in-network services from 90% coverage to 85% coverage.

   
Dental Care Plans    
  Humana Comp/Benefit   Changed Humana/Comp Benefit Wording from DMO (dental maintenance organization) to DHMO (dental health maintenance organization)
       
Eligibility and Expense    
  Dependant Children   Dependent child eligibility changed to age 26 without any restrictions.
       
COBRA   Added vision, general purpose flexible spending account and limited purpose account to eligible continuation of coverage.
