Below is a summary of the updates made to the Full-Time Employee Handbook. We have established direct links from this summary to the sections in the handbook to provide you easy access to the updates. Please be sure to review the updates carefully so you are fully aware of the changes in policy.

Time Off
—	Vacation
		Use of Vacation Time Procedure		Revised language to state time off without pay may not be substituted for use of available accrued vacation time.
—	Sick Leave
		Use of Sick Leave Allowance		Revised language to state time off without pay may not be substituted for use of available accrued sick time.
Other Benefits
—	Educational Support			Clarified policy with regard to fee remissions for non-credit courses; fees remitted for non-credit courses not to exceed three credit hours per course per semester for employees, spouse, or dependents. Added language stating educational travel courses are not eligible for fee remission.
Retirement Programs
—	Retiree Programs
			Educational Support	Clarified policy with regard to fee remissions for non-credit courses; fees remitted for non-credit courses not to exceed three credit hours per course per semester for retirees, spouse, or dependents.
