In the first quarter of each year, Benefits-eligible employees will receive
a Compensation and Benefits Report. This report outlines your total benefits
for a given period of time. These benefits include your total wages, any College-paid
group insurance premiums, and any College contributions to Social Security and
retirement programs. This total amount of benefits is much greater than your
compensation alone as it appears on your paystub. It gives an accurate picture
of the benefits which the College provides to you.
The Compensation and Benefits Report does not include
vacation, sick leave, or holiday
pay benefits.
