Statement of Web-Based Technology Support Ivy Tech provides web based services to our students, faculty, and staff. That technology is tested by both the vendor and the Ivy Tech technology support staff to function on industry standard workstations, operating systems, browsers and networks. The Ivy Tech technology staffs work to ensure the integrity of the internal systems these applications run on, the availability of these applications over the world wide network and are charged with maintaining and updating those applications and systems.

Ivy Tech provides troubleshooting services to the users of these application and systems based on industry standard base configurations. It is the responsibility of the users of those services to ensure the systems at their home or place of employment are up to industry standard base configurations. It is also the responsibility of the users of these Ivy Tech web based services to troubleshoot, modify and/or change their home or place of employment system configurations as necessary. If the Ivy Tech systems are available and functioning for the majority of our user base, then it is the responsibility of the individual to validate and troubleshoot their home or work setups.
