Browser settings for Safari on Macs To clear cache:

From the "Safari" menu select "Empty Cache"
At the "Are you sure?" message, click "Empty"

For Java errors:

From the "Safari" menu, select "Preferences"
Click on the "Security" icon
Make sure the "Enable Java" and "Enable JavaScript" are checked
Close window when finished
