Browser settings for Mozilla
To clear cache:
- Select "Edit" from the drop down
- Select "Preferences"
- In the "Preferences" window, click on the plus sign next to "Advanced"
- Select "Cache" from the tree. At the Cache window, click on the "Clear Cache" button
- Click the "OK" button when finished
For Java errors:
- Select "Edit" from the drop down
- Select "Preferences"
- In the "Preferences" window, click on "Advanced"
- Make sure the checkbox for "Enable Java" is checked
- Click the "OK" button when finished
