ATTENTION: You must have Service Pack 1 installed on Internet Explorer 6.0 or else Web4 will not function properly

Enable cookies and JavaScript:

1. Select Internet Options from the Tools menu. The Internet Options dialog box opens.
2. Click the Security tab.
3. Locate the Custom area of the Security tab, and click the Custom Level button. The Security Setting dialog opens.
4. Scroll down to the Scripting section of the Settings window. Select the Enable radio button under Active Scripting.
5. Click OK to close the Security Settings dialog box.
6. Click the Privacy tab.
7. Use the slider to adjust your cookie settings to Accept All Cookies.
8. Click OK to close the Internet Options dialog box.

Clear temp files & cookies:

1. Select Internet Options from the Tools menu. The Internet Options dialog box opens.
2. Locate the Temporary Internet Files section on the General tab.
3. Click the Delete Files button.
4. Click the Delete Cookies button.
5. Locate the History section on the General tab.
6. Click the Clear History button.
7. Click OK to close the Internet Options dialog box.

Register as a "Trusted Website":

1. Select Internet Options from the Tools menu. The Internet Options dialog box opens.
2. Select the Security tab.
3. Click on the green icon called Trusted sites.
4. Click the Sites button.
5. Enter the Campus Connect URL (https://cc.ivytech.edu) in the field labeled Add this Web site to the zone and click the Add button.
6. Click OK to close the Trusted Sites dialog box.
7. Click OK to close the Internet Options dialog box.
