Enable cookies and JavaScript:

1. Select Internet Options from the Tools menu. The Internet Options dialog box opens.
2. Click the Security tab.
3. Locate the Custom area of the Security tab, and click the Custom Level button. The Security Setting dialog opens.
4. Scroll down to the Cookies section of the Setting window. Select the Enable radio button under Allow per-session cookies(not stored).
5. Scroll down to the Scripting section of the Settings window. Select the Enable radio button under Active Scripting.
6. Click OK to close the Security Settings dialog box.
7. Click OK to close the Internet Options dialog box.

Security Level Settings:

1. Select Internet Options from the Tools menu. The Internet Options dialog box opens.
2. Locate the Temporary Internet Files section on the General tab.
3. Click the Delete Files button.
4. Click the Delete Cookies button.
5. Locate the History section on the General tab.
6. Click the Clear History button.
7. Click OK to close the Internet Options dialog box.
