Enable cookies and JavaScript:

1. From the AOL Toolbar, select Settings.
2. From the settings menu, select Preferences and you should see the AOL Preferences window.
3. From the Organization column, click Internet Properties.
4. Within the Internet Properties window, click the Security tab.
5. From the Web Content Zone, highlight Internet (which is associated with a world globe icon).
6. Locate the Security Level section and use the slider to set the security level to Medium and then click Apply.
7. Click OK to exit.

Security Level Settings:

1. Click the START button on your PC.
2. Click on Settings
3. Click on Control Panel
4. Click on Internet Options
5. Click on the Advanced tab
6. Scroll down to the Security section
7. Place a check mark next to the following three items: PCT 1.0, SSC 2.0, and SSC 3.0
8. Click the Apply button.
9. Click the OK button.
