Why can't I edit everything in my profile?

Many fields in your profile are pre-populated with information from the mainframe, specifically the HR system. This information (such as job title) can only be changed by HR employees. You can only change the data when the field has an "Edit" link next to it. Any other fields that need to be updated can be done by contacting your regional Human Resources staff.
