How can I avoid receiving spam and/or viruses?
Squirrelmail automatically checks each incoming email for viruses and SPAM. If it finds a virus, that virus will be disarmed before it is delivered to you. If it finds SPAM, it will flag the message as SPAM in the subject line and deliver it to your Inbox. You can report additional SPAM to the postmaster, as well as emails that were flagged as SPAM but weren't really. You can read more about SPAM on our SPAM FAQ page.
