Why am I getting "Account Disabled" when I attempt to login to Campus Connect?

Your account will be temporarily disabled for approximately 2 minutes after the 5th failed login on the main Campus Connect screen. If you are not sure of your user name or password, use the username lookup and/or password reset self service links on the main page of cc.ivytech.edu.
