Problems downloading assignments or other documents

Some users experience problems opening documents within their web browser. Rather than opening the document by left-clicking your mouse, position your mouse pointer over the link and then click the right button on your mouse. This will open a menu with several options. Choose the "Save As" or "Save Target As" menu option. This will bring up a dialog box where you will choose the place on your computer where you would like to save the document. After you have saved it, then you can go back to the location you saved it and open it that way.
