Problems with the Virtual Classroom chat

Your computer must have the Sun Java plug-in installed. Additionally, instructors may experience problems with the test creator, equation editor, and text editor without this Java plug-in.

Go to the Java website and click the "Download Now" link.

The chat program launches an external browser window that your PC may interpret as a pop-up. If you have a pop-up blocker on your PC you may need to turn it off or follow the program's instructions for allowing pop-ups on an individual basis. For more instructions, see the pop-up blockers FAQ.
