My class or classes are not listed in eLearning
The three most common reasons for missing classes are:
- You may have selected the wrong option (eLearning or First Class) or your instructor is not using an online course management system. If you are uncertain about this, contact your instructor.
- The semester has not yet begun. eLearning courses will not be made available until the first day of the semester. Some instructors may post their courses before this date, but the majority of classes will not appear on your course listing until the semester has officially begun.
- When you enroll in a course, it can take up to one full business day before eLearning adds the course to your account. If you have waited more than one business day and your course still isn't showing up, please contact the Helpdesk.
- If you are on the waitlist for a course, that course will not show up in eLearning. It will show up when you have been taken off the waitlist and officially enrolled in the course.
- If you have an enrollment issue (like delinquent fees), you need to contact your local bursar's office to resolve the issue and get access to your course.
