When taking a test, I get kicked out of eLearning.
- When taking a long assessment, assumed lack of activity (or network/power issues) by the ISP causes the browser's eLearning window to freeze. To prevent this from happening, open another window and click in it occasionally. This will tell your ISP that you are still working and allow you to continue. It is also wise to save your test periodically.
- If you take longer to complete the test than the instructor allowed, your test will shut down. If you have questions about this, contact your instructor.
- If your ISP has connectivity problems it will interrupt your eLearning session. Contact your instructor as soon as possible; the instructor is the only one who has the option to reset the test, allowing you to retake it.
