"Page cannot be found" message
In Internet Explorer go to TOOLS and then INTERNET OPTIONS. Click the "Delete Files" button to clear temp files. Then click the "Clear History" button. Click the OK button. Before you attempt to access to website, close the browser and then Open a new browser window. You should be able to access the website now.
In Netscape click on EDIT from the browser menu and then click PREFERENCES. Click on the arrow next to the category "Navigator" then click the "History" link. Click the "Clear History" button on the right. Then click on the arrow next to the "Advanced" category and click the "Cache" link. Click the "Clear Cache" button on the right. Before you attempt to access to website, close the browser and then Open a new browser window. You should be able to access the website now.
