| Campus Course Targeted Announcement |
  1. Once you have clicked on the Personal Announcement link, you will click on the “New Announcement” button at the next window
  2. Click on the “Build Attributes” button
  3. To target to a specific campus or campuses , click on the “Role” link in the “Attribute Type” section
  4. Highlight the roles you want to send to from within the “Attributes” field and move them to the “Selected Attributes” field to the right using the right arrow button. Please Note: If you want to send an announcement for users at your campus, select your campus name or names only. Do not select Student (or Faculty, Staff) in addition to the campus. If you do, the message will be sent to all students, not just students at the selected campus.
  5. Type in a title for your announcement and the message you want delivered
  6. Select the date you want the message delivered and the date you want the message to expire and click the “Send” button when ready
  7. You will get a confirmation window with the message displayed. Click the “OK” button
  8. The recipient(s) will have a message in their “Personal Announcements” channel on their “Home” tab and they can view their message(s) by clicking on the message title (Test in this example)
