What is my Campus Connect username and password?
To find your username, create your profile as a new user or reset your password, select the appropriate link at https://cc.ivytech.edu
Why am I getting the message can't find user id on the User Name Lookup Page?
Sometimes information like name, date of birth, address, etc can be entered into the system incorrectly when registering for classes or when hired by the college. Please try the following scenarios:
  • Try looking up your name on the Whitepages using only the first 3 letters of your first name or last name and your campus and/or role. This should provide you with a list of returns and you can check to see if your name is listed, but miss spelled (i.e. your name is Jodie Jackson, but you were entered into the system as Jody Jackson). Use your incorrect information until your name can be changed. To request a name change, contact the Help Desk at https://helpdesk.ivytech.edu/createissue.php and fill out the on-line request form
  • Another possibility is that you are entered in the system under a different last name (maiden name or married name [current or former]). Once you determine how you are entered into the system, use the incorrect information until your name can be changed. Why am I locked out from my Campus Connect account?

X number of unsuccessful attempts by entering the wrong password to login will lock you out from your account.   Contact the Help Desk by visiting https://helpdesk.ivytech.edu/createissue.php , via email at helpdesk@ivytech.edu or by calling toll free at 1-877-IVY-TECH (877-489-8324) or locally at 317-921-4357.
