Campus Connect: Accessing the Portal
| First Time Users |
- To setup your account for the first time, visit https://cc.ivytech.edu and click on the “First Time Users” link.
- Click on the “I Agree” button at the “Acceptable Use Policy” page
- Supply the following 4 pieces of information and click “Next”.
- Legal name.
- The last 4 digits of your social security number.
- Your date of birth in mmddyyyy format.
- The zip code of your current mailing address.
- You must now choose a new password. Your password needs to be a minimum 8 characters and alphanumeric. Click “Next”.
- Please answer the following security questions when prompted. Click “Next” when finished.
- What is your mother's maiden name?
- What is your city of birth?
- What is your favorite color?
- What is your favorite band?
- What is your first pet's name?
- What are the last 4 digits of driver's license?
- Click on the link that take you to the main Campus Connect login page.
- If you don’t know or cannot remember your username, visit https://cc.ivytech.edu and click on the “Forgotten Username?” link.

- Visit https://cc.ivytech.edu and click on the “Forgotten Password?” link.
- Click on the “I Agree” button at the “Acceptable Use Policy” page
- Type in your username and the “Next” button. If you don't know your username, click on the
“click here” link to access the “First time user” section
- Answer 3 of the 6 security questions (you have 3 attempts to successfully answer 3 of the 6
questions before your account becomes disabled and you have to contact the help desk to have a
ticket opened with Information Security
- You can now change your password: the password must be 8 characters and must contain at least one
letter and one number (the password is case sensitive so if you create your password in lowercase,
then you must enter your password in lower case when you attempt to log into Campus Connect)
- To log into Campus Connect, click on the “Click here to log in” link or to reset your password,
click on the “Click here to reset your password” link and follow the steps starting at step 3
in the “Forgotten Password” section

- Visit https://cc.ivytech.edu and click on the “ForgottenYour Username?” link.
- Click on the “I Agree” button at the “Acceptable Use Policy” page
- Supply the following 4 pieces of information and click “Next”.
- Legal name.
- The last 4 digits of your social security number
- Your date of birth in mmddyyyy format.
- The zip code of your current mailing address.
- Your username will be displayed
- To log into Campus Connect, click on the “Click here to log in” link or to reset your password, click on the “Click here to reset your password” link and follow the steps starting at step 3 in the “Forgotten Password” section
