Health Information Technology

Helping provide that commitment of quality healthcare are health information management professionals who specialize in electronic health records and other emerging technology; education for patients, providers, and administrators; patient record structure and content; data abstracting and analysis; privacy and security issues; quality improvement; compliance of standards and regulatory requirements; support for clinical researchers and business analysts; and advocating for consumers.

A reservation is not required to attend a Health Information Technology Information Session.  Sessions are held in room 352 at the Fairbanks Center on the Lawrence Campus, 9301 E. 59th Street (just north of 56th and Post Road).
