The Graduation Application is filled out at the beginning of a student's last semester of enrollment. Please be advised that this is only an application for graduation and not a guarantee that you meet all requirements for your diploma. It is strongly recommended that you make an appointment with your program advisor for a review of your academic record.

To get a hard copy of the Graduation Application, please come to the Registrar's Office (Room 1550.)
