Ivy Tech Community College-Northeast is the local campus of a statewide, open-access community college. Ivy Tech provides professional, technical, transfer, and lifelong education for successful careers, personal development, and citizenship. We offer academic courses and programs in business, health sciences, public services, technology, and general education. The college also works closely with area employers in developing custom training programs to meet individual needs.

The main campus of Ivy Tech Community College-Northeast is located in Fort Wayne, just across the road from IPFW. The college also offers courses at numerous locations throughout northeast Indiana.

Ivy Tech has students of all ages and backgrounds. The approximately 7,200 students at Ivy Tech Community College-Northeast range in age from 16 to retirees and learn in classrooms with an average class size in the teens. Many earn two-year degrees, while others take short-term certificate programs or enroll in a class or two. Students enjoy flexible scheduling opportunities that enable them to enroll around family and work responsibilities. They may attend full time, part time, during the day, or in the evening.

Ivy Tech Community College is accredited by The Higher Learning Commission of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools. Many academic programs programs have earned additional accreditation through professional societies.
