From I-69
Take exit 111A for US-27 South toward Lima Road. Merge onto IN-1/Lima Road/US-27, and continue to follow IN-1/US-27. Ivy Tech-Rudisill Center will be on the left.

From I-469
Take exit 11 for US-27/US-33 toward Fort Wayne. Keep left at the fork, and follow the signs for Fort Wayne. Turn left at US-27/US-33, and continue to follow US-27. Turn left at E. Rudisill Blvd. Ivy Tech-Rudisill Center will be on the right.
