Ivy Tech Community College-Northeast does not require high school/GED transcripts for most students. You may need to submit an official high school transcript or official GED transcript if you are applying to a selective program such as nursing, respiratory care, or paramedic. Some financial aid eligibility options such as Veteran’s tuition benefits and Academic Competitiveness Grants also require these official documents.

Students should submit an official high school transcript or official GED scores to the Admissions office as soon as possible. Download an official high school transcript request form or pick up a copy in the Admissions office.

Important to know...

• Transcripts are official if they include the school’s official seal or signature plus your graduation date.
• Students who have passed the GED exam must submit an official copy of their passing GED scores.
• The high school may charge a fee for processing a transcript request. Contact the high school regarding any transcript fees.
