Komets' Night

Each winter, we team up with the Student Government Association to host Ivy Tech Night with the Fort Wayne Komets in the Budweiser Suite at the Memorial Coliseum. Prior to the game, enjoy a dinner buffet and a cash bar. Tickets are $15, which includes the buffet and game ticket.

Cinema Grill Nights
(April and November)

In the spring and fall, the Alumni Association chooses a Box Office hit on the big screen and has special evenings at Cinema Grill in Northwood Shopping Center. Recent movies have included Monsters vs. Aliens, Horton Hears a Who!, High School Musical 3: Senior Year, and Bee Movie.

Fourth of July Fundraiser

Ivy Tech is a prime spot for viewing the Fort Wayne Fireworks display – from both the Coliseum Campus and North Campus. This annual fund raiser on July 4 is open to the public, as Ivy Tech rents parking spaces for $3 per car. Funds are used for scholarships granted to children of Ivy Tech Community College-Northeast alumni. Join us in the fun!

Annual Easter Basket Drive

Ivy Tech and area colleges and universities coordinate efforts each year to collect and donate more than 1,000 filled and wrapped Easter baskets to the SCAN (Stop Child Abuse and Neglect) office in Downtown Fort Wayne. Thank you for helping make this a successful event for Ivy Tech and children throughout the community.

Stuff-A-Stocking

Teaming up with the Student Life office, we stuff stockings for the Salvation Army during the holiday season. You can pick up a stocking in the Student Life office or simply sponsor a stocking by making a monetary donation. Stockings go to children ages 15-18.
