R. Coverage for Fine Arts

The College has coverage in place for Fine Arts purchased by the College under its Commercial Property Insurance. This coverage is subject to the applicable deductible.  If a Region is planning on exhibiting works from local artists without purchasing the artwork, please contact the Executive Director of Safety, Benefits, and Liability Insurances at Central Office to either secure adequate coverage or request a Gallery Release and Waiver Form.  If a loss occurs, the region will be responsible for a portion of the deductible.
