Campus Connect

Go to cc.ivytech.edu. If you are already a student, you will login in using your e-mail address user name, i.e. jdoe47 if your email address is jdoe47@ivytech.edu and the password you have selected.

If you do not remember your user name or your password, click on the link "Forgot username" or "Forgot password."

First-time users (new students)

1. Go to cc.ivytech.edu
2. Click the "first-time users" link to set up your account and establish your password.
3. Enter your name, birth date, zip code and your C# (your C# is your student ID number which was assigned to you when you applied to the college). You must enter this information as it appears on your admissions application.
4. Your new Campus Connect username will be displayed. Enter a password for your account. It must be at least 8 digits long and should contain a mix of letters and numbers.
5. Enter answers for at least 3 security questions. You would be prompted to answer these questions if you get locked out of your account.
6. Click the link to log into Campus Connect using your new username and password.

6. Click the link to log into Campus Connect using your new username and password.

1. Go to cc.ivytech.edu and click on Forgotten Password?
2. Click on the I Agree button at the Acceptable Use Policy page
3. Type in your username and click the Next button. If you don't know your username, click on the click here link to access the First time user section
4. Answer 3 of the 6 security questions (you have 3 attempts to successfully answer 3 of the 6 questions before your account becomes disabled and you have to contact the help desk to have a ticket opened with Information Security.
   Please Note: you must answer all of your security questions exactly as you originally typed them. This means the same spelling and use of capital and lower case letters.
5. You can now change your password: the password must be 8 characters and must contain at least one letter and one number (the password is case sensitive so if you create your password in lowercase, then you must enter your password in lower case when you attempt to log into Campus Connect)
6. To log in to Campus Connect, click on the click here to log in link or to reset your password, click on the click here to reset your password link and follow the steps starting at step 3 in the Forgotten Password section

1. Go to cc.ivytech.edu and click on Forgotten Your Username
2. Click on the I Agree button at the Acceptable Use Policy page
3. Supply the following 4 pieces of information and click Next
   - Legal Name
   - Your Full C#
   - Your date of birth in mmddyyyy format
   - The zip code of your current mailing address
4. Your username will be displayed
5. To log into Campus Connect, click on the click here to log in link or to reset your password, click on the click here to reset your password link and follow the steps starting at step 3 in the Forgotten Password section

Please remember to include as much information as possible in the help desk ticket and please include your complete C#.

You will be contacted either by email or by phone when the issue has been resolved or if the help desk operator needs to ask any questions to help resolve the issue.

• Go to the Ivy Tech Message Board
• Click on the register link at the top. You must be thirteen years or older to register your log on name. (Obviously this is not a problem for most Ivy Tech Students or prospective students so please agree and continue to the next page).
• The next page will ask you for some information, the * fields are required. Please enter a username, email address (you will need to verify your email to use your account), password and password confirmation. You will also need to retype the captcha confirmation code and answer the question are you human with the word yes. This is to help us keep the amount of spam on the message board to the absolute minimum.
