Students with Pell Grants can use their financial aid to purchase all items with the exception of candy, medicine, and stamps. Students which receive financial aid from a 3rd party vendor such as Vocational Rehabilitation or Trade Adjustment Act (TAA) should check with their 3rd party sponsor on restrictions. |
