Accelerating Indiana's Workforce is provided by the Workforce and Economic Development department at Ivy Tech Community College.  We are more than just a training provider. Workforce and Economic Development at Ivy Tech Community College works to develop programs and services that meet the training needs of local residents and businesses. These services are provided by designing, producing, conducting and evaluating courses specifically prepared to satisfy individual and employer needs on a one-time or on-going basis.

The services provided help ensure that the skills of employees in Indiana firms are current with changing market needs. Instruction that meets a company's specific needs is delivered through a variety of methods. These methods include short-term courses, custom-designed courses, seminars and workshops, and certifications.

In addition, we have a number of personal enrichment courses. With a broad range of classes and convenient schedules, Ivy Tech helps Indiana residents grow and learn. We are Changing Lives!
