Ivy Tech Students to Study in England

Ivy Tech Community College conducted a Humanities Class from June 9 through June 19 at Harlaxton College located near Grantham, England. Students and faculty stayed at Harlaxton Manor and participated in the British Cultural immersion. Participating students will receive three credit-hours upon successful course completion.

Harlaxton College is owned by the University of Evansville. Other Harlaxton educational partners include Eastern Illinois University, University of Southern Indiana, University of Cincinnati- Raymond Walters College, Western Kentucky University, Baker University, Catawba College, Hannibal-LaGrange College, Kentucky Wesleyan College, Lenoir-Rhyne College, Marian College, Missouri Baptist College, Texas Woman's University, University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, and William Jewell College.

Harlaxton Manor, Grantham, England, built in the 1830's for Gregory Gregory, and designed by Anthony Salvin in the Elizabethan style.
