Eduardo Ruiz has accepted the position of Hispanic Coordinator for Ivy Tech Community College.  Ruiz was previously employed by American General and a graphic designer for a newspaper in Bolivia.  He attended Univalle-Bolivia for four years majoring in marketing.  Ruiz is involved with the Hispanic/Latino affairs in Evansville.  Organization and owner of La Palabra Latina.
