Ongoing Recruitment for Adjunct Faculty Positions

We are building a pool of qualified individuals for possible adjunct (part-time) teaching positions.  Openings in some areas occur every semester; openings in other areas occur only occasionally.  Academic credentials and work experience requirements vary depending upon position.  Generally, most positions require a master’s degree in the subject area taught or a master’s degree with 18 graduate credit hours in the subject area taught.  Technology courses require a bachelor’s degree, and in most cases, certification in the field taught.  Courses are offered during the day, evening and weekend hours.

Current Adjunct Rates

Credentialed Faculty:  $33.50/contact hour

Non-credentialed Faculty:  $27.00/contact hour
