Please be aware:
Career Services are available to you as an Ivy Tech Graduate throughout your career. So if you decide you want to change jobs or a lay off occurs, you can return for services again.
And it’s free!

What we ask of you:

· Complete or upload your resume on Job Zone, and e-mail Career Services your resume (Contact us by phone, 429-1422, for e-mail address)
· Keep your resume current; address, phone #, e-mail. It’s embarrassing for us and for you if an employer cannot reach you because of incorrect information.
· Also let us know when you obtain employment and remove your resume from Job Zone. Again, we don’t want to be sending out your resume or having employers contact you when you are no longer seeking employment.
· Also, once you are working please encourage your employer to use our Career Services for any of their job opening so other Ivy Tech Students/Graduates have more job opportunities available.
· PLEASE COMPLETE OUR GRADUATE SURVEY – About 6 months after graduation Ivy Tech does a survey of our graduates. This is important to the students coming to Ivy Tech and for our accreditation. It is a source of information about the kinds of jobs our graduates are getting, which employers are hiring our graduates, and the average salary our graduates are making. So it is very helpful to students when they are deciding on their career area. It also gives you an opportunity to let us know what you thought about the training you received and provide in put after you have been working, about how our program can be improved, or comment on training you received that was especially helpful. It helps us know how we are doing. It is CONFIDENTIAL!

STOP BY CAREER SERVICES, ROOM 125, TO PICK UP YOUR FREE “CONGRATS GRAD STARTER KIT.”
SEE YOU AT CAREER DAY, THURSDAY, APRIL 3 (10am to 1pm) IN THE COMMONS!

CONGRATULATIONS!
