The Department of Workforce and Economic Development (DWED) provides education, training,
and assessment services to individuals, companies, businesses, and organizations. Whether you are an individual who needs to upgrade skills to obtain a better job, or an employer that needs to provide specific training to your managers or workers, DWED is designed to respond to you. Classes are available at many locations throughout East Central Indiana.

| For individuals, DWED publishes a schedule of classes each semester from which you can choose the classes you wish to take. These classes start at various times during the semester to better accommodate your calendar. For companies, classes listed are a sampling of courses that can be delivered at virtually any location and on dates and times that suit your specific needs. We can provide classes onsite or on campus. We can also create new classes or customize the content of any class on short notice.
