East Central to Honor 9-11 In observance of September 11 and to show support for the victims of Hurricane Katrina,  East Central region student organizations, faculty, staff and students  are placing  3,000 flags on the front lawn of the  Muncie Campus, 4301 S. Cowan Road. These are the same flags the college used for a similar display on the first annivsary of the September 11 attack. The flags will be displayed through September 16.
