The College Cafe: A community partnership. Ivy Tech Community College, Muncie Community Schools and the Muncie Public Library have joined together to offer the College Cafe. This partnership provides an opportunity for residents of Muncie and Delaware County to visit the Carnegie Library and learn about educational opportunities close to home. Representatives from Ivy Tech or Muncie Community Schools will assist interested persons interested in taking a class for fun or want to upgrade job skills. The next session is scheduled for Friday, October 7 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
