| General Refund PolicyStudents choosing to drop or withdraw from a course or courses must notify the College in writing using the Course Change Request Form as outlined in the Dropping/Adding Courses section or by contacting the Office of the Registrar. If you do not file a Course Change Request Form, or contact the Office of the Registrar during the designated refund period, you will continue to owe all fees assessed at registration.
You should allow approximately one to two weeks for processing of a refund check to be mailed to the address shown on your Course Reservation Form.
