Book Return/Refund Policy
» A book may be returned for refund within two weeks of purchase or classes starting.
» The original receipt must accompany the return.
» The book must be in "like new" condition, still be in shrink wrap and have no highlighting or writing.
» Seals on CDs or diskettes must not be broken.
» Seals on CD's or diskettes are must not be broken.
» There will be no cash refunds.
» A refund check will be sent to the student's home.
» CHECKS ARE MAILED ONLY IF ALL OTHER COLLEGE FEES ARE PAID.
» If a check was written for the purchase, the refund will be processed two weeks from the date of purchase.
» No refunds will be made for software, clothing, or supply items. No refunds for shipping and handling costs.
