What is a "strategic plan"?
A strategic plan documents your steps towards success, displays who you are, outlines where you want to go and how you intend to get there over the long term. It articulates the key philosophies, concepts, ideas and directions which, when put into effect, profoundly shape the nature of our business. For this reason, Ivy Tech Community College of Indiana has collaborated with key leaders in our communities to layout the goals and objectives necessary to help our students succeed in today's job market.
