Ivy Tech Community College of Indiana - East Central Region
Ivy Tech Community College of Indiana is an open-access, community college and the second largest and fastest growing public higher education system in Indiana. It also has the distinction of being the most affordable college education in Indiana . Offering two-year degrees and technical certificates as well as customized education for Indiana 's businesses and industries, Ivy Tech has nearly 100,000 students enrolled in its 14 regions and 23 campuses statewide.

Muncie is the main campus for the East Central Region that also includes campuses in Anderson and Marion and outreach programs in a seven-county area, consisting of Blackford , Delaware , Grant, Henry, Jay, Madison and Randolph counties. During the 2003-04 academic year, close to 6,000 full and part-time students were enrolled in the East Central Region.
