The Summit will focus on how to reduce costs and improve quality with a staff willing to embrace change and evolve with the industry.  Presenters and panelists will analyze the skills of healthcare leaders who must facilitate a culture of collaboration, team-based care, and continuous improvement. 

Keynote Speaker, David O. Meltzer, M.D., Ph.D., from the University of Chicago kicks off the event.  Dr. Meltzer was a Contributor to the IOM Report:  Best Care at Lower Cost: The Path to Continuously Learning Health Care in America and will be discussing report findings and the evolving healthcare workforce.   Dr. Meltzer will be followed by panels of healthcare leaders discussing inherent challenges in managing transformation and the bottom line.
