To delete messages from online campus mail:

1)  Log into campus connect

2)  Click on E-mail button

3)  Go to options

4)  go to >>Folder preferences

5)  Click the tiny arrow on the right of trash (it’s a drop menu)

6) Change the selection from inbox.Trash -- to say DO NOT USE TRASH, instead.

7) Scroll down to bottom of page and Click submit.

8)    Now click your Inbox (to refresh)

9)      Now you can finally delete unwanted messages, as you will slowly see the red bar (quota) turn back to green.
