IMPORTANT! - Students must have a copy of their schedule and picture ID to purchase textbooks.

Bookstore Hours
Monday – Thursday:  8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Friday:  8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Students may buy textbooks and supplies. College sweaters, jackets, souvenirs and other items also are available for purchase.  Separate checks are required for tuition and textbooks.

Book Buy Back
The Ivy Tech Community College Bookstore of Bloomington Indiana does conduct a Book Buy Back daily, but we are conducting a Spring Book Buy Back on the following dates shown below. The dates shown below are during finals week.

Monday, May 4 - Thursday, May 7, 2008 from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Friday, May 8, 2008 from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Location: Room A220 (The Bookstore).

Spring Semester Bookstore Charge Deadline
Tuesday, February 4
will be the last day students will be allowed to charge items on pell, loan, and scholarship accounts.  As far as sponsored agencies (ex. TAA, VA, Voc Rehab, etc.) you can continue charging past this date.

Bookstore Refund Policy
Non-textbook items in resalable condition may be refunded or exchanged at any time with original receipt. Textbooks in resalable condition may be refunded with receipt within seven (7) days from the start of classes or within two (2) days of purchase thereafter, including during summer term.

Textbooks purchased online and returned in their original condition may be refunded if received by the bookstore within ten (10) business days after the date of purchase for courses that are not summer intensive, and within five (5) business days after the date of purchase for courses that are summer intensive. Textbooks purchased during the last week of classes or during exams may be sold back to the bookstore.

Computer software may be returned for refund it it is unopened and shrink-wrapped. The bookstore will accept textbook returns from students who have dropped a course up to thirty (30) days from the start of classes or until the end of the official drop/add period, whichever comes first. *
*Proof of add/drop is required.

Distance Ed Book Orders
Students taking distance education classes from any campus of Ivy Tech will need to purchase their books from the new statewide on-line bookstore @ http://www.ivytech.bkstr.com.

The bookstore is happy to assist students in ordering internet books whenever possible.
