Prepare for your Professional Human Resources (PHR®) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) designation with the updated and expanded HR Certification Institute exam preparation course. The blended instruction format uses printed workbooks, software, online tools and a dynamic classroom experience to teach relevant content essentials for HR professionals in the workplace. • A minimum of 4 years of experience in a professional level HR position with less than a Bachelor's degree

SPHR ® ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in a professional level HR position with a Master’s degree or higher, OR
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a professional level HR position with a Bachelor’s degree, OR
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in a professional level HR position with less than a Bachelor's degree
