The world becomes smaller as we reach out to expand interactions in business, education, relationships, and communications.  Designed to help meet the needs of today's changing global environment, this workshop offers guidelines to establish a common understanding and language toward culture and its impact in our interactions, while identifying and addressing cultural issues which influence our individual and team efficiency and effectiveness.

A global mindset is required for the journey to cultural competence, as individually we recognize the cultural preferences of our counterparts in relationship to our own. With respect for cultures, values, and customs, participants will develop solid action plans for becoming confident, effective, and efficient when interacting around the globe.
