Mindfulness: Seeing the Miracles in the Mundane

What makes one moment stand out from all the others in a typical day? Often, it's because a flash of beauty breaks through the mundane. It may be sunlight on a patch of grass, the warmth of a cup of coffee, or the fragrance of a spring breeze. Surviving breast cancer has taught Martha Martin to see and appreciate the small, gentle gifts that each day brings. Join her in the beautiful setting of the Old Farmhouse at Burton Kimble Farms, to explore the practice of mindfulness, intentionally being open to the miracle in each moment.
