Ivy Tech License Plates
The Ivy Tech Community College license plate is available at BMV branches across Indiana. You can show your community college pride and make it possible for more students to get a college education at the same time. Most of the special plate fee goes to Ivy Tech scholarship funding.
Your Ivy Tech collegiate license plate can be obtained directly from the License Bureau. No authorization form or other processing is required. Just stop by your local license branch and ask for the Ivy Tech license plate, or order it online the next time you renew your plate.
The plate is available to owners of any registered Indiana passenger car, recreational vehicle, or and truck weighing less than 11,000 pounds - as well as motorcycles. It costs $40 in addition to your regular vehicle fees ($25 of which is a tax-deductible contribution that directly funds the Ivy Tech Foundation scholarship program). The remaining $15 is the BMV administrative fee.
