ANNUAL EVENTS
Ivy Tech Night with the Fort Wayne Komets
Each winter, we team up with the Student Government Association to host Ivy Tech Night with the Komets in the Budweiser Suite at the Memorial Coliseum. Prior to the game, enjoy a dinner buffet and a cash bar. Tickets are $15, which includes the buffet and game ticket.
Cinema Grill Nights (Spring and Fall)
The Alumni Association chooses a Box Office hit on the big screen and has special evenings at Cinema Grill in Northwood Shopping Center.
Fourth of July Fireworks Fundraiser
Ivy Tech is a prime spot for viewing the Fort Wayne Fireworks display - from both the Coliseum Campus and North Campus. This annual fundraiser on July 4 is open to the public, as Ivy Tech rents parking spaces for $3 per car. Funds are used for scholarships granted to children of Ivy Tech-Northeast alumni. Join us in the fun!
VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITY: If you’d like like to donate your time, the Alumni office would appreciate your help at this very popular holiday event.
Annual Easter Basket Drive
Ivy Tech and other area higher education institutions coordinate efforts each year to collect and donate more than 1,000 filled and wrapped Easter baskets to the SCAN (Stop Child Abuse and Neglect) office in Downtown Fort Wayne. Thank you for helping make this a successful event for Ivy Tech and children throughout the community. Drop off wrapped baskets with purchased goodies in Alumni/Resource Development (Coliseum Campus, Room CC1440).
